What I heard last night from lol sources: Marauder took 10 bil and decided to go on an extended vacation. 
What I heard today:
Kain made AE, and thus had the majority shares of it EVE side.
Instead of simply asking for them back, AE remade and now Kain has no shares. Roundabout way of preventing a problem.
Had they asked Kain would have given them to AE without incident or gain.

Moved on from NF for whatever reason then Unreal, PFB, and (at the time he left) O.H. all ended up being shattered corps that he logically progressed from presumably following a string of personal ties like the rest of us then found a home in TP. What's the issue again?
