If you understan that. its a great weapon still I have been using the gun since Chromo and didn't drop it during Uprising. I know how to use it. I never said it wasn't a great weapon, IMO its the best and most entertaining, its just not very good at doing what it should be doing.....which is like all amarr weapons DPS at range.
