removing redline or messing up with sniper rifles won't help at all
problem that ~1900hp heavy in LLAV with Thale's or any Gastun's heavy weapon can travel almost anywhere & rep himself with LLAV, going back to SD just to restock ammo  it's almost impossible to kill that ****.
i call it universal soldier or BS from CCP

They not untouchable, you can counter snipe that heavy if you sneaky enough, do dmg but can't kill him solo, then he just rep himself with LLAV (no need to go to SD to change fit, because 1850+hp heavy don't have reps on suit). But that heavy can be with any weapon & anywehere on battlefield.

Repping yourself while not in an LLAV is just crazy
no need 2 ppl, current mechanic's allow you to rep yourself, lock on yourself while in LLAV start rep procces & jump out, run around your LLAV & it will rep you... BS
