Well, kind of. You can use a third party transfer system. If you get financed by an Eve player I would recommend running all proto all the time and possibly getting into PC. Doubles ISK

It works like this: There are three people involed in this, Capsuleer A, Duster B, Capsuleer X and his alt Duster Y. Capsuleer A wants to transfer ISK to Duster B, so he calls Capsuleer X to help him. Capsuleer X and his Duster alt Y have anlarge amount of ISK, and what happens is that Capsuleer A transfers the desired amount of ISK he wants to give to Duster B to Capsuleer X. Capsuleer X then uses his Duster alt Y to transfer the same amount of ISK(not the same ISK capsuleer A gave to capsuleer X) to Duster B, possibly with a small transfer fee and the transaction has been completed. An eve player gave everyone a billion isk each. Dust prices would have to be jacked up to eve prices. A Shitstorm is coming...........

Yes, right now if they were to merge the markets "cold-turkey" they would adversely affect each other. However they aren't going to do that. They will instead start off by seeding blue-prints in EVE for DUST items to be manufactured. Then those items would be used to "stabalize" the market prices for stuff between EVE and DUST along with various other tools (like NPC market seeding, loot drop tables, etc). Also, DUST players would ahve to be given the opportunity to sell back items that they no longer needed or acquired as salvage. Then after all that stuff is worked out, they would begin to merge the markets... however that's still a long ways off and both the developers and the players would rather see them work on finishing the game content before working more on the market aspect of the game. Even with all of the above precautions, I would still expect there to be a short-term adverse affect to both markets when the merging does take place. But that is the nature of dropping a rock into a pond, waves are created.
