I bet it's not a bug. It has something to do with pirate's Ghost Sites... I will not be surprised if it starts to mess with our implants rendering us incapable for battles... There was failed attemt by combined forces of Factions Navyies and capsuleers to raid one of such installations... Something's going get us...

It's a Caldari torture method, they implanted something along the lines of a bug, in your head then in or near your eyes you won't really remember being dragged away & it done to you, it'll just feel like a dream, but everytime you close your eyes you'll see horrors, but since nothing happens then the bug maybe glitched.
Apparently you angered the wrong guy, lucky for you he was bad at his job & is probably getting fired....
