It sounds to me you got kicked for taking too long to respawn. The system is intentionally designed to kick out players who don't respawn in a certain time frame. You are even given at least one warning before being kicked out. It also seems that you were too distracted by the restock that you probably didn't realize that you were at the waiting limit.
