I'm guessing you're talking about the part where "RMT=FOREVERBAN", but CCP has always maintained such a position- you RMT, you get banned. It's the case in EVE, and I'd imagine that they would maintain that sort of position in DUST as well- though I also think that currently it's not actually possible to RMT in DUST. I could be wrong about that, though. So my advice- no matter what, if anybody offers to "sell" you ISK, don't accept the offer. It's a good way to get banned.

Seymor Krelborn DUST University Ivy League 1164	Posted - 2013.11.09 21:59:00 - [7] - Quote there is a real round about way that is legal at the moment... get an eve account, buy plex sell it for 600 mil isk, find eve players with dust characters and trade their eve players isk for their dust players isk... incase that's confusing here's it put another way. my eve toon gives x amount of isk to your eve toon, then your dust toon gives my dust toon x amount of isk you would have to decide how much dust isk is worth an eve isk... insert witty or profound statement here _______.

Nope, the equivalent of boosters in eve are implants, basically they increase the SP gain ratio. PLEX is bought to CCP for 20Gé¼, then you can activate it ingame and get 30 days of game time or sell it for ISK, now they are sold ingame for +-600m ISK. My EVE toon

It will be possible in the future you will be able to buy boosters and a player in game with a large sum of isk will be able to buy those boosters off you for isk. For example 100 mill for a 30 day booster or whatever price you arrange. The same could be done for gear if someone wanted to buy a proto suit for isk that you had bought for aurum seeing as how it would allow him to get in to it sooner. Ba bang baby
