I miss the chromosome forums

While it's true that the forums back then had that, it was no where near as bad as it is right now. There were fun and interesting topics to see and talk about. But now? Every other thread is an AR nerf thread, a heavy whine thread, a "omgwtf ccp" thread, a "game is dying" thread etc'. Really the only people who SHOULD be whining and yet I see rarely do so are scouts, because the scout suits are THAT BAD that even if they whined enough to cover the entire forums I would agree with them. I even remember people complaining it was cheap to kill heavies and snipers with Nova Knives. Tankers were complaining about everything, even worse than now. I miss chromo... There just a couple die hards left... DUST when it was in chromosome had one of the most diverse collection of vetern FPS players... from Mag, Soccom, CS, BF3, CoD and halo... The talent of the average FPS player in public matches then made DUST a giant cesspool of competition... it was addicting.. Now the average player in a public match makes you wonder if they even had basic education... actually watched a group of blueberry's shoot an unmanned red turret as they ran to it.. and all 3 of them get one shotted before they made it. its... a special game right now just with the average player.... matchmaking was better then purely because the amount of talent in game... now one squad with half decent players can thwart the entire match making system.

I miss chromo... Funny thing is my best basic suit is my dragonfly scout with 483 EHP and a K5 Specialist Shotgun. But it takes skill to use and you get over 4 deaths a match at least... Solo Player Squad status: Locked
