I think it will be a little more seeing the codes will cost around 600-1B isk eve side for me, witch has a Plex value of around 35-40$.
Kain xfers money at a 10-1 rate meaning 100 mill would allow me to buy one myself at the high end of of your estimated pricing.
Probably easier for me to get in touch with the provider himself then.
