So I just started a game where our team had 5 clones, and the other 100. Seeing as we were going to lose in less than a minute I didn't bother dropping in, yet when the game ended, I got a Core Locus, an Assault Submachine gun, 400 or so SP and 8K or so ISK.
Why did I get rewarded for not even deploying, why did scotty drop me into an obviously losing game, and why was such a vast difference of ability allowed in a game? |

Yeah, I have had this experience before as well. Scotty dropped you in because someone else gave up, and he only looks for available spaceGǪ (also he is a ****) VAst differences in ability I can not account for, current player pool influences things. In FW you see this a lot, du to the limits of who you chose to fight for, a lot of the time you can end up on under filed side against a stacked corp heavy list, or the other way around. (Hint though if you are under filled go with it, some of the best FW i have had was one minute after deployment a bloody cavalry of ANONs came in when i was alone before. EPIC

I remember about a couple weeks ago an incident where I got deployed into a Skirmish match with less than 5 clones and put on a team that was heavily losing. At the end of the match, I got 3 Thales for spending less than 20 seconds in the match, but whenever I try my ass off and get over 3k WP in one match, I get something useless, or nothing at all...
