lol no, the Forge Gun, also known as "The bane of the Gunnlogi", does more damage to shields.

I'm aiming a Forge Gun at my damn tank right now as I'm typing and it says 110%.

Breach are pretty deadly, they can OHK any DS, and because of draw distance, chances are you wont be able to see them.

Get your facts straight. No offence, but it's not that hard. Yeah now you're just lying. Aiming at a tank with shields says 90% damage and 168% damage in weakspot.
Oh, am I? Ask any decent tanker, then. Or try getting shot by a Forge Gun in a Caldari vehicle. If you don't believe me than I've nothing more to say. Believe anything you want to believe in.
