That was the major issue with Dust Help, I just didn't know how to get newberries to join it. Yeah, most of the new guys are in Immortal Guides. I recruit them to the Corp and then get them to join Learning Coalition chat. I visit each of the 48 DUST starter systems on my EVE character 2 or 3 times a week. Most of my members are less than 3 months in, and several of them were recruited on their first or second day in DUST. There are others who are new, but had already found a Corp, who I just get to join the channel to get help. We have Instructors and Mentors from many different Corps helping out.
