Considering that Dust 514 is suppose to be compromised as mercs, and New Eden is full of douches, wouldn't it be interesting if you could say pursue a particular player as a third party entering a match, with the only goal of putting the hurt on that one player, kind of like an assassination contract? Likewise bounties can then be placed on the original offender which anybody can pursue in their own games which they can put them hurt back on them and get rewarded for it?
I could already image the wonderful drama this would cause but I think it would be good overall considering the nature of the game.
Thoughts on this?

Having it as a game mode would be interesting, but what I was thinking of it as way for Vets, Major Corps, and Eve Pilots to burn isk for lols and by creating more dynamic matches where you could get interrupted by a merc bad during your normal fights.

Was a good link, too bad I can't bump it directly, what he calls bounties I called assassination contracts and what I call bounties is something like the security police who pay players for getting rid of the scum (a revenge system)
This would also make pirate corps and vigilantes viable careers too.

I see, that would be pretty fun. Can the system handle a player bump in a match though? Following the program parameter 8v8 16v16 32v32GǪ I suppose if scotty could find appropriate space for bodies in a match it could work.
I would image that once the system is able to go past 16v16, have the limit be less than what the system could hold as to allow random invasions, obviously this is not top priority, but I'm already working on my hit list....
