Is there lore depicting this. I am doing a little bit of research into the Caldari justice system and would like to know for lore writing purposes.

Speaking from the lore I know of, the Prison systems are not unlike labor camps run by the Soviets during the Cold War. Granted, depending on the severity of your crime and the corperation you belong to your fate could vary heavily. Still, the main point is clear: If you are going to break the law, you are going to work for it.
You can imagine all the dangerous jobs out their in the universe a prisoner can do. Shoveling gravel, working in mines, and my personal favorite, going on space walks.
In the moment when I truly understand my enemy, understand him well enough to defeat him, then I also love him.

That would make sense for certain situations.
The Caldari Business Tribunal handles legal matters between Megacorps and outsiders. The CEP settles disputes between Megacorps once again now that Tibus Heth is out of power. Those bodies acts as shields so the Megacorps can completely run themselves as they please, this includes complete control over their law enforcement.
In all likelihood, punishment for breaking corporate laws would consist of deduction in wage and/or confinement to work and quarters for the vast majority of infractions, similar to how the US military deals with violations of the UCMJ. The employee would have little chance for appeal as with the Gallente judicial system, in the name of efficiency. Also, corporate politics would probably involve a lot of backstabbing to rivals using this system to get ahead.
For major crimes, the guilty likely become like livestock to the respective Megacorp, and I would imagine that kind of labor gets contracted out all the time. |

Brilliant summary, and it gives me the perfect idea of how this character was punished, eventually slipping through the gaps down to the disassociated caste of caldari society.
