Well I'm not trying to knock your ideals but let me ask you some questions ??? Now you said , " Charged laser which would be a heavy scrambler rifle . " have you ever been hit with a prototype scrambler ??? I'm sure I'm missing your point , but these things are three to four shot killing machines . Is this meant to be a anti-vehicle weapon ??? We really don't need anymore scramblers because the ones that we have now are a handful as well as, what all would they do that the ones that we have now don't ...???.. besides burn your hand off if you leave your finger on the trigger .
" Buffed plasma cannon ".... why ??? They can damage a tank ( destroy it if given enough time and the user is accurate ) now as is and kill you in one shot , I know I've been hit with one before and didn't knew what it was , until I read what had killed me .
HMG for different races .... again why ???? Every weapon on this game doesn't need to be race specific and classified . There are already like how many different types of the HMG as it is , so how many do WE need ... four races , what is it like eight or nine types now so multiply that by four , what would each do , that the ones that we have now don't ????
I have an ideal for a heavy weapon but they can't use Forge Guns or HMG's when using this weapon , and it can be classified as a weapon .
How about a hand held shield that they can use if they place a light weapon in the heavy weapon slot ??? It can be a shield that can be activated and uses a timing mechanism like a passive mod and needed to be activated . Once activated the shield lasts as long as the cycle last , say about two minuets and during that two minuets they can use whatever light weapon that they have coupled with the ability to take cover behind that shield .
It is placed in the side arm slot so they wont have use of a side arm weapon . This coupled with the buff that was just installed , would make a heavy more of a force on the battle field but not too much as they would not be able to use a heavy weapon with the shield ( or a side arm ) . That's it's only drawback and the hit points of that shield would be eight hundred , as well as a cool down cycle on the shield of two minuets . Yes it's like putting a mod in the weapons slot and it would be activated like a mod as well .
