P.S. if you get a new CCP Dev, his/her name should totally be CCP Genie.
I'd say nerf the scrambler but as a minmatar scout I try to stay out of arguments that concern shield striping weapons simply because they're meant to kill me.

yeah these templar scram are ridiculous OP, they just melt through everything in a blink of an eye, altough i gotta say that i've mostly been on the receiving end of it by great scram user like viktor haddah, still i use scram with my alt, and i'm always amazed how effective they are
