So...
Fix MMing Tight HMG reticle and increase range Buff scouts, someway, somehow Leave assaults alone Reduce the Logi health to a reasonable amount so they are used for logi'ing insead of being mega assaults. Give Tanks the capabilities to kill the assault so the logi can pick him up.
And fixed.

Assaults get 900.
Why do they need so much more?
Just equalize everything about the two besides the sidearm and equipment slots.
Only weirdo is the Amarr Logi, which just needs to have a moderate loss in either speed or health to balance it out.

And fixed. Rather than reducing logi health, why not bring the CPU/PG more in line with Assault CPU/PG and then give them all a blanket reduction in CPU/PG cost for equipment. Allow us to do our jobs while limiting the ability to run an Assault setup on a Logi suit. @OP /signed Well, I believe they should keep their fitting resources for fitting equip, but I don't think they should have a low slot lead on assaults (Theoretically its 2, given they have a free comp armor repper)
I feel their slots and bonuses break the suit making it preferable for murderizing, change the bonus for equipment fitting reduction, and mirror the high, low, and base stats across the two med frames

Because we spend half our time without an offensive weapon in our hands keeping everyone alive/supplied/informed and without that protection we can't even take the slightest risk to help others out. It is pretty much like that now as even a 1000 hp Barely gives you a second of survival time, ridiculous! Question, why the hell are you repping your squad when your getting slammed by reddots?
Really, repping is usually done after a firefight from what I've seen, the rest of the time you are melting guys.
This isn't aimed at truebros, they aren't breaking the game with the super tanks. It's to kill the evil assault logis from hell.
How would you feel about moving at assault speed, with a 50% fitting reduction to equipment, while just having the same EHP as those whom your assisting?
It doesn't seem like it would break the class like you say it would.

Give the medium frames the CPU/PG and raw hp of the Assault dropsuit and the high/low slot layout of the Logistics dropsuit (leave the equipment and weapons slots unchanged for both suits). Remove Damage mods entirely and give the Assault dropsuit a blanket increase to damage output for their racial weapons Remove the repper bonus and give the Logistics dropsuit a blanket reduction to the cost of equipment and voila, no more Assport Logis I agree.

I think TTK is Ok.
It could be shorter if people want it so.
I feel this new TTK puts more emphasis on reaction, and situational awareness then the Old shoddy HD one.
If you are caught unawares, you are now a sitting duck, but you still can slip by the skin of you teeth.
I like Halo's gameplay style, so if you want to increase TTK, please feel free. But I cant feel that big difference.
