I have heard tales of such a place, though I never believed it to exist.
Madness is the emergency exit. You can just step outside, and close the door on all those dreadful things that happened.

Considering that such a complec would be heavily supervised, you would be lucky to get past the entrance before getting shot to death by automated turrets, guards and drones.
