If every bullet can hit you, then every bullet can hit them. Use that to your advantage rather than asking for a nerf to someone else's weapon.
Edit: oh you use a mass driver? Then fit an smg or scrambler pistol as a sidearm.

You should also stick with a team. Those mass drivers are meant more for area denial. But if you want to use them as primaries, and you solo, you'll need a lot of practice.

My advice: start practicing extensively.
I use the nova knives as primaries and I use a super weak scout but I don't go around telling CCP to nerf a someone else's gun to survive. I had to train extensively to compensate.

I totally understand the mechanics behind running with a full squad. I totally get the point of using cover. I've been playing for 11 months now. I know how to play. I also know when something is wrong. I may suck at this game, but I know when I shouldn't suck this bad. I see a guy, shoot once. He turns and cuts me down in my full proto suit before I can get my second shot off. This happens 9/10 times. It happens from ranges that are absurd, 60-80m away. It's unbelievable.
Don't your mass driver shots reach further than that? 60-80 sounds like something a mass driver can out reach. You can also shoot over hills with them if you throw in an active scanner. Especially the kind of scanner that has a long blip duration. As a logi in general you should use that scanner easily to your advantage.
Beyond that, there is nothing else I can advise you on except just keep practicing. I have been practicing using nova knives (just the knives) for far longer than a year and my training is still not over yet.

I'll just play more than I already do lol. That should do the trick. Maken has a habit of talking to people like he just convinced them to stop licking a window. You'll have to forgive him.
I hate it when people lick my windows. I came on tho... I mean clean them you know.
