The bonuses suck if the knives don't work which basically means you have a 170 base HP suit that loses a slot for a pd an with a complex kinetic only runs 9.36
Gallente on the other hand had more low slot combos, higher base CPU an pg an HP an vision.

What did they change recently about the Gallente and Minmatar scouts to make Gallente the better option now?

nothing at all. the problem is NK hit detection still, though i have never tested this out

We're at the point where it's less about hit detection and more of the mechanics of knives. The mechanics of how they work sucks.

The gallente racial bonus already increased range now with the extra 6 meters an more low slots it seems like a better choice, especially now it seems that with knive mechanics being horrible it's safe to say the min has no bonus at all other than profile |

At least min scout bounus applies to something in game still waiting to use my sentinels reduced feedback damage bonus...
