I think this is a good opportunity in that we'd be able to convince CCP of more radical changes for the scout / heavy I'm going to need full support, but I'm piecing together a lot of different content from several sources which I think will balance it out Below 28 dB

Scouts are really the most fun suits to use in my opinion. I've already decided that I won't be speccing back into the Sentinel if we get a respec when the rest of the racials come out because I'll be transitioning into Amarr scouts. What is a signature?

You can just step outside, and close the door on all those dreadful things that happened.

Blade was always finicky but it feels like an inch has been shaved off, because of this one misstep or shift and even a veteran knifer has missed his mark. Sinboto - The True Blood Minja. Have you considered that the reason you're having fun in your STANDARD minnie scout and not your PROTO heavy is that its no fun to lose isk? That is, I'm concerned its not actually the playstyle that attracts you but the fact that you aren't losing isk. Trust me, you don't want to have a 140k minnie suit that dies just as quickly as your standard suit.....trust me. That gets old quick

Actually, with the improved base scan radius it's possible for a Gallente scout to get a scan radius of 102.8m. Just requires level 5 Gallente scout, Level 5 Range Amplification and 4 complex range amplifiers. It's not a viable fit to use, but it's still a nice possibility. 'Insert witty signature here'

Either stack on a high hp heavy with a forge gun and infantry snipe from a rooftop and use the FG for AV purposes Or run the high hp heavy with a assault rifle or scrambler rifle this will make it so that speed doesn't matter on the heavy because of your weapons longer range however the problem will still be evasion.
