Madness in itself isn't bad, everyone here is a little bid mad, and with their own faults.

I do remember a time when you were talking to Diana Kim you pissed her off someway. Oh yeah that's right you called her kimme. There was another time. You didn't act insane but it was very irrational. Each time was irrational.

That's just it though. You aren't insane. Your issues aren't caused by any form of mental illness, but through your own temperament. That makes you dangerous to people who can control themselves rather than a man like you who appears to be suffering from a perfectly curable case of Asperger Syndrome with mixed symptoms of psycho- AND sociopaths behaviors from self inflicted wounds on your character. Moreover, it is just plain insulting to individuals who clearly suffer from the all too real threat of "going 514" and actively work to prevent it from happening to themselves and others.

To people like you and Aztec, it's a joke and an excuse for your blatantly unacceptable behavior that will inevitably drag your entire unit through the mud. Both of you either need to grow up or get out of the way.

Foley, if you don't think you're insane, show us. Give us a statement from a doctor that you are mentally healthy, start a discussion that isn't always about yourself and your "alleged" sanity. Going into a tantrum doesn't help your position when the state of your mental health is being questioned, especially when you start throwing insults around. Unlike Aztec, I still have some respect for you, but that is fading fast if you keep this up.

Galm. In the end, everyone here has darkness in their hearts, in one way or another. Whether it is the things you did in the past, how you view the world or how constant death makes you question your own reality. Everyone experiences their insanity in their own way, I'd rather leave it to a psychologist to assess what the state of your mental health is.

Kador, are you really going to bring the reclaiming into this? From what I saw you didn't answer his argument, but just started talking about how all unclean will be purged. And if you don't care about Foley's plight and suffering, then why are you here?

Everyone, measuring one's credibility by their prowess in combat is just as dumb and pointless as measuring it by the likes you have, stop doing that. Everyone has their good and bad battles, sometimes I've managed to slaughter everyone in my path, sometimes I can't even take one step before I'm killed already. There are many variables that need to be accounted during a firefoght, some are impossible to predict, you killing one specific person is irrelevant, and you should focus more on actually winning the battle, that's when you get the most ISK.

On which note: why would you even want to be first-gen? They all got either upgraded or terminated with extreme prejudice, and most of the survivors don't seem to look back on that time with any fondness. The Gallente, as I understand it, exterminated virtually all of theirs (though Mordu's Legion may have had something to say about that).

It's not like it's some sort of pedigree; if anything, it's like jumping up and down yelling, "Hey, defective equipment, right here!"

It's about as sexy as an alpha software build riddled with data-corrupting bugs.

Ryeon-haani and I have traded thoughts on the question of if we are still human. It's an internal conflict that shreds most of our kind, and for good reason. I've come to find that the actual answer to this question however is irrelevant. Whatever I am, I walk among the living. I feel human, I look human, I think like a human.

The only thing that separates us from a scientific monstrosity and a weapon is how much we can convince ourselves that this mask we wear is our true form. People like Foley, however break the illusion and threaten the one bit of faux security we have in this world.

I'm not perfect, but at least I'm trying.
