They do things like carve the giblets out of their comrades for no apparent reason, obsessively scribble all over the barrack walls, and go semi-permanently AWOL before, maybe, eventually, resurfacing in disturbing circumstances. I do not have a problem with former 1st Gens, who've gotten that all-important hardware upgrade and generally sought help. Our friend Steadyhand, for example, seems to have gotten such help as the Empress offered. Good for him. Good for the Empire. Good for us. You, on the other hand, are either an untreated 1st Gen, or, more likely, a pathological liar. Neither is a strong recommendation. Are you accusing me of something?

It is not possible for me to change my implant.
My implant is based off an Amarr implant that was reverse engineered. In a few ways my implant is worse because I can not transfer to another implant without risking a catastrophic short circuit that would most likely cause DNA poisoning, which in turn prevents cloning by keeping your mind from being scanned.
Though there are upsides, it helps to have multiple personalities as it helps to problem solve and multi-task.

I needed to get help to defend my Intaki village from pirates. I turned to the military officers who had a base in the district, they did not care to help. Corrupt Bastards. But there was another man there, he said he could help me in return for my part in a special program the Federation was funding. He was part of the Black Eagles.
Thus I became a clone. Though, I was never told how they got the technology. The few files I have been able to access over the years show that it is not an actual Amarr made implant, rather it was a Gallante version of it that was based on the original Amarrian design.

I don't doubt the Black Eagle have power.... but that kind of power is....questionable.... and concerning.
They are not the type of employers you want to disappoint, they don't like to be disappointed.
The only reason they don't do away with me is because they want to continue experimenting. But I can't remember any of the experiments clearly, the images are fogged and the sounds are loud, piercing... It hurts. I can't even leave because they consider me too dangerous a threat if I were to defect, the same reason I always have to have a sub-dermal tracker active everywhere I go.
I'm sure they have their reasons. Their duty, as well as mine, is to the Federation. In this line of duty, sacrifices must be made, for the greater good.

I suggest you to avoid this kind of sanity if you can. It is better to be a little mad, but functional, even useful, than sane, and a blight.

That's not it, I just don't believe in a lot of it. I pick what is useful and discard what is not. Dead weight is useless.
