Not really , with the increase in REP POWER, keeping heavies and Armor tankers alive will be easier, resulting in True logi'ing behind them for extended periods a valuable strategy. After the health buffs, a standard basic Heavy suit with no modules at all and Core Armor 5 will have over 600 armor. No plates needed.

Off topic, but thank you for the 10 million ISK earlier, by the way.  I gave 4 million to John for his charity raffle, another 1 million or so to an assortment of players, donated 1.5 million to my Corporation and have thus far kept the remaining 3.5 million for myself.
