How does the stacking work. If I had 1 standard, 1 enhanced, and 1 complex damage modifier on one suit what will the total bonus be?
The Ellecon's come from a long line of Gallente. Tarn chose Peace. Tallen chose war.

I know that for things like Shield Resistance Amplifiers it is -10%, then -10% of 90%, so on and so forth. I don't really know how it works for increasing anything.

Modules are arranged in the order of their bonus with the (numerically) highest bonus being "first", and so on.
The first module gets a penalty modifier of 100% (no penalty) The second module gets a penalty modifier of 87% (so a module that gives 20% would now only give 17.4% if it's the "second" module) And so on for the stacking penalty values.
There is a great thread on it here: https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=114110&find=unread
For a quick calculation, look at this wiki, it has a small calculator: http://wiki.dust514.info/index.php?title=Stacking_Penalties

Why would you post something wrong like that. You could argue that 2nd and 5th could be rounded like you did, but that doesn't even apply to others.
The short rounded stacking penalty values are: 100% 87% 57% 28% 10.5%

So what does this mean in actual HP removed from your enemy?
My "tank killer" fit (hilariously named - because it is more of a tank irritator) runs a militia swarm launcher with 3 complex light damage modifiers. But does the percentage affect the initial or total damage?
Firing 4 missles, each do 330hp damage. 4 x 330 = 1320hp.
1. [100% of 10%] 1320 x 1.1 = 1452
2. [87% of 10% = 8.7%] 1452 x 1.087 = 1578.324
3. [57% of 10% = 5.7%] 1578.324 x 1.057 = 1668.289
Is that right? Or is each benefit added to the original?
1320 + (1320 x 0.10) + (1320 x 0.087) + (1320 x 0.057) = 1320 + 132 + 114.84 + 75.24 = 1642.08
Why can't it just be 1320 x 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 = 1756.92? - Then I might be able to actually kill something?!
