the caldari scout comes out? what bonus will it have? i thought that it would get a bonus to nova knives since Nova Knives are Caldari and all, but minmatar already gets that.
so what are we looking at here?
maybe the minmatar bonus is a placeholder for when all the scouts and knives come out?
maybe caldari will have bonus to movement and sprint speed?
this will put a whole new dimension to knifing.
you could chose:
A: Raw Power guaranteeing an OHK to everything but the toughtest heavy
or
B: movement speed which will dim down the problem of the accursed backpedal.
what do you guys think?

I think eWarfare should have more of a role before Caldari scout comes in.
2015.
I think ewarfare needs to have a much bigger role in this game which is turning into COD in space: Logistics edition.

We do need Caldari Scouts now really, as Active scanners and passive scanners need a counter other than dampeners (which is Gallente's thing)

The caldari is a high slotted scout, making precision an high slot boosting scout stat. If Ewar was based off the precision stat, then the Caldari scout could receive a precision boost. That would allow it to be the strongest debuffer and best anti scout hunter.
This makes even more sense considering that scouts have huge options to fit low slots for scouting roles but not so much for high slots beyond damage.
In Eve Online, the Caldari Recon ships had thy best form of Ewar, so having a scout perform such would make the most sense.

I wonder if they will be combat oriented or scout oriented. gal has scan buff for scouting and min has knives for fighting. So I wonder if they will make an assult type scout or even a deeper scout? Maybe a boost to precision? idk. |
