I hope the opposite. She's a walking COI. Someone who used sexuality to get to positions of power in the past, and she doesn't seem to have changed.
Though she is far from the worst person for the position, she does not meet the quality that CCP over in Reykjavik has given us with their personell.
However, she is fairly consistant with the quality CCP shangai has been using, rush something out that's clearly not fit for duty, then try to polish it later, rather than doing it right the first time. |

Ok, um, yikes, a bit hostile there. 
Personally I've no problem with mintchip but to each their own.
