According to the adjusted skill sheet, the HAV skill will be for HAVs of all races, meaning that you could use both Gunnlogies and Madrugars at the same time, along with whatever they decide to name the Amarr and Minmatar vehicles when they come out Revive Repair Resupply & Team Spawn (It's what I do)

The triple SP is more exciting than the patch itself, but I think there will be some quality fixes that will make the gaming experience significantly better. So, not excited but optimistic and not expecting CCP to give me the best of every game ever, all at once and give me a sweet kiss on my bum for ever having made me play this game in the first place.
