Fixed for ya Nano! All levels based on a 0 - 10 scale 10 being best. Threat level is how dangerous a corp is. 10 is a high score and means bring your best game. Gameplay indicates how many of them have real gun game. 10 is a high and you better be ready. Joke corp level is to show how stupid a corp is. A rating of 10 means your corp is re-hea-ly dumb and stupid. Take for example AE;- its founded by a bunch of numnuts that got their asses whooped by EON is all four major wars and decided to band together to lick their wounds. Only after EON leave did they come out and try showing their machismo which is equivalent to a kings eunuch. EON was the best, is the best and will always be the best. 
Oh so we are a good joke corp. Always nice to know we can make people laugh.
