I believe he was being dramatic he didn't hack anything who ever you made CEO to get into an alliance gave all the corp shares to him he then initiated the vote to become a director promoted a few others to cover his tracks and robbed you (twice) he also implied that he may have a few sleeper ALTS lurking around and from DUST side you have no way of knowing who has the shares so he is either A telling the truth and at a later date he will rob you again or B lying to make you paranoid about your members.

Personally I would chalk this one up as experience and tighten security in your corp (would recommed a reform to weed out his alt with the shares.) then next time you want in an alliance use some one you can definitely trust which in New Eden means very few.

With one major difference. Right now, to get a corporation into an alliance, the CEO needs to be a CAPSULEER. This means, unless you also play EVE, you have to have someone else assume the reigns of CEO to put your corp into an alliance.

I looked through the logs and they are quite extensive when it comes to things like this.

All i can say is, you should pick better friends.
