If this is what everyone is butthurt about, then fine. I just want to keep my Minmatar logi slot layout and hacking bonus. Still rather see assaults get a buff before logistics get touched.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

Agreed, it's because the callogi is slightly OP, I'm a pro amarr logi and I got taken out by a pro callogi with the same amount of armour I had (around 650) and he had 500+ shields.....I thought amarr were the dual tankers CaLogi should have been the opposite of GaLogi with 5H/3L/4E at proto. That slot layout is pretty insane.

Some of the assaults could use some work like an armor bonus for Gallente and Amarr or hybrid sidearms and grenades for the Gallente suit. But it's just a matter of playstyle, there's no one suit to rule them all like the CaLogi did earlier in uprising, it just comes down to play style choice.

I should probably change my equipment load out for assauts. I'm thinking Ishukone gauged pacifiers, Imperial diapers, and core bottles. What do you think?

I'd rather not draw attention to SMGs, thank you. Damage mod restriction sounds silly since the idea behind a fitting system is to make everything available to everyone. Why not a full on weapon and weapon mod fitting bonus on all assaults?

I completely disagree.... 3-4 equipment slots make logies more versatile, amar logies get a side arm to boot. assault suit bonuses don't compliment their suits the way logi bonus do logies can be all things adequately, not perfectly, but well enough that you can have 16 logies on the field and dominate... you cant do that with scouts or heavies, and assaults cant compete with the link/hive spam. theres a reason why no one makes threads about how heavies, scouts, and assaults are OP... beacause they aren't... theres a reason why there are so many threads about logies being OP... because compared to the other suits at the moment, they are. now im not calling for a logi nerf, im calling for a buff to other suits and an increase in cpu/pg need of equipment. Buff the other suits, yes. Increase equipment cost, no. Proto and advanced equipment is already demanding enough as it is. Let's not punish people for using a suit's designed purpose in line with its practical use.

rd9 links, advanced hives and f/45 remotes are more than sufficient.... and an injector at any level and used correctly still saves you a clone, and honestly my militia repper has saved many lives though I don't deny the efficiency of the adv/proto versions.
my point is you still have a great advantage with lower tiered equipment and those items should get a cpu/pg increase to bring the logi more in line.
I showed you my cal logi set up once and you said you didn't like it, but I cant count how many mercs have died to it and would disagree with you... or maybe they would agree that they don't like it, but for different reasons....
Nanohives scale horribly and the only repair hives worthwhile are both at proto. There's no dual beam repper below proto and proto injectors are usually a must of you're not using a repper. Increasing the cost would be like making weapons for assaults cost more.
