hahahaha yeah i quit the game due to a change they did a while back, got sick of them changing s hit, what i spec'd into got f ucked and i spent like a month building it just for it to go in the trash hahaha. I got FF14 now very happy with my desiscion.
(i decided to check these forums to see if the game was actually playable again, by the looks of it i guess not) |

They don't nerf gear and make them useless, they balance the gear against everything else to bring them in line. If you want new stuff then save up your SP. In six months when a new weapon is release are you going to ask for one then? How about in 9 months and at one year.
THEY WILL ADD AND CHANGE THINGS UNTIL THE SEVER IS TURNED OFF. Will you ask for a respec every time? Another junk thread to waste our time on something that is pointless to 99% of the community. Refunding SP will do nothing to make the game better, more fun, retain players, add players or do anything else but cause more threads for respecs more often.

Making the game fun and adding content is the only way to bring players back and add new ones. Respecs are not the answer.

Maybe for drastic changes but then it won't do anything for the game. We should be trying to make the game better by doing things that are good for the game not placate QQers with a lame refund. We need to grow up and make the game better, stop trying to get what individuals want and do what is best for the community. Refunds don't add anything.

Depends what being changed. If the vehicle skill tree changes, or skill bonuses change significantly, I can see a respec given out. AFAIK, dropsuit skills are pretty much set now and any changes will be minor. |

Based on CCP's track record with EVE, balancing will always happen. Stats of dropsuits, modules, weapons and equipment will get tweaked every now and again to bring them in line. If that is unacceptable to you, don't come back.
Curious though, what did CCP change to make your allocated SP useless? Unless you don't actually have anything and are just making shlt up on the spot? |

Not in 1.7, but after vehicle changes, new rifles, and when we get all racial suits, then yes. I vote respec and the Mango will make sure to enrage the community enough so it happens.
