Cheap and easy = OP. If it's that easy for you, than you're good with it. Otherwise, people wouldn't be using the full-auto instead, right? 
Heavies are a bit underpowered, yes, that's why they are getting a HP buff.

I actually don't have much against MD rooftop spammers, because they have limited range and it's not that easy to aim at distant targets... I think the Forge Gun is the major problem. CCP is trying to balance this by cutting its blast radius... I don't think it will do much... we will see...
Anyway, it's the idea behind this that sucks, in my honest opinion... camping a tall building instead of playing a good and competitive (in a good sense of the term) match. Meh... do you really wonder why this seems to p*** off so many people? Most of the time, these people don't even try to win the match, they stay up there no matter what to pad their KD even when they can't do nothing from their position and the enemy is taking the other objectives.
