but what you don't have is a full list of stats of all the new changes for av weaponry , the only real numbers that can be worked at the present time is tank on tank combat, until ccp releases the full stats for the av changes we are all just guessing , for example the swarms might get not only a damage and range nerf but also a fireing rate nerf with an increased clip size this would lower the dps but make for extended niggling of havs ..........but that's all just guesswork. all you can do as I said is work the tank on tank combat stats.

also hybrid tanking will be a thing in 1.7 as a good shield booster will help a maddy tremendously by buffering damage allowing armour reps to do their work, light armour reps and plates might also be used on gunlogis to beef up the tank. 1.7 will bring much more variety in fitting options for the clever tanker and will thusly lead to more interesting engagements where tanks fufill roles like punching through enemy lines to playing point defence , havs will have to be much more specialised in their fittings/roles on the battlefield.

You guys keep posting untill the changes kick in. CCP has been bending you guys over for so long that you blow up when they throw a litte spit on you first...
Forge direct damage stays the same and your armour just dropped 40%(give or take) because of modules... Imagine 2 less hardeners? or 1 less plate and 1 less repper? comon...
I will wager that we see the tanker dudes that have been lighting up the forums with HAV power . crying like babies on the very same forum wich they publically displayed their inability to do do simple math within 48 hours of 1.7..
and i will link this post to every single one ! You know active armour harderners are supposed to be up at something like 40% or more res a pop right? Armour Repper as a passive, and armour plates you could put more than enough tank on a maddy to kick ass. Throw down a couple of damage mods or something in the highs and you have an epic brawler tank.
a well tanked maddy will struggle to fit the active damage mods but if you sacrifice a bit of tank you will fit more gank,

youll get them eventually but when the changes come id advise you to skill both maddy gunlogi core skills because I have a feeling that the ammar tanks are going to be hybrid tanked like the dropsuits.

Edit: I start to like you, you funny. so what do u have in your low slots? lets do the math right here...if you state the modules we can do the math together..but still we have 4 slots that i am assuming on or taking a guess??? you gonna leave your low slots empty? you really gonna have militia blasters? give the facts of the fit and the numbers wont be a problem no matter what i say you can just change your story of fit and change it.... 2 highs 3 lows 1 big turret 2 small turrets go... and for arguments sake we will pretend that you have level 5 everything.
don't forget in 1.7 you don't have to fit small turrets to your vehicles
