CCP Nullarbor said he wanted to make it so EVE players connected to a district are placed on team chat. Well, a problem with this is to reduce the hassle most organized squads simply stay in their squad voice chat the whole time. Would it be possible to add an option to automatically place you in team chat when you get placed in a match and then automatically get placed back in squad chat afterwards? I also believe an option like this would enhanced communication between squads as well.

I second this idea.
Or, to take it one step further (while unfortunately making it more complex), how about allowing the squad leader at least have voice comms active in both team and squad chat if he so chooses? That might help cut down some extra chatter in team chat, while still encouraging more communication across the entire team.
But, like I said, this might add too much of a complication to the matter. Therefore, I'll stick with my original statement:
I support the original idea fully.

While that would be a good idea, if like to see them add a realistic voice chat like MAG where anyone could here someone in the same vhehicle than them or was within such a distance or in a building or not. It would make communication between your nearby teammates easier than switching from squad to team and could help with blueberry issues if VCwas automatically on. It's also put a stealth touch to it when trying to sneak around as a scout while talking to your team. |

You'll find a lot of my requests are things that can be done easily right now. What you suggested is cool, but would require a fair bit more work.
