So Like I saw Eve Vegas video clip. If we are going to use EvE side ships to transport clones (which can be destroyed in EvE) then does that mean we wont have the PC clock indicator where it says how long until the battle: 1D 54H 28M 2S (it doesnt say seconds I made it up). And then corps can contatc their top peopleor their A-Teams to login in that amount of time.
WIll it be more like:
SURPRISE!!! You have 2 hours to get your people organized we are attacking. Oh ur A-team cant sign on well get ur B-team. Wait NO ONE is online...too bad...all ur bases belong to us?
(This may be a question to the devs so it can be posted on wrong forums)

Not something we can answer - but I assume you'll be given warning if hostile clone movements are headed your way.

Has any info been released about this...Because the lack of a timer is MUCH better.It causes it to be alwasy on our feet as if it real warfare. 2 hour prep...can't get ur a-team...too bad.

What I think will happen is battles will be scheduled with the 24 hour warning as we have now, but the scheduling won't happen until the warbarge is in orbit over the planet. Once deployed on the planet the barge would likely be invulnerable until the battle started, or maybe can only be damaged by orbital artillery. |

Would they ever NOT be able to destroy something in 25 hours? I mean someone should realy make this clear so we can give community feedback be4 they implement it and we're all liek CHANGE IT BACK!!

Could be that they only fire during a reinforcement window, and that Eve players will be able to repair the barge as it's being fired on. So if you come up to a planet with only one defense cannon maybe your barge can tank it long enough for you to seize that district and disable it, but on a planet with several you need logistics ships there to keep it alive. Which then means a whole support fleet, and a greater likelihood of glorious space battles.
This is all way off though. I doubt enough of this has been worked out for us to give any kind of meaningful feedback. |

Warbarges are suppose to be costly. Theoretically you will be able to send thousands of warbarges over planets to capture it. It's probably no different then how we send clones from our districts or from clone packs...Only this would involve more logistical situations and strategy.

I don't know much about the EVE side mechanics, I'm just saying that if people have to stay awake 24/7 just to keep their districts, the game will be much more of a job than a game.
