I did a search and couldn't find a compilation. If this was done already somewhere else, please link and let this one die out.
This is in an effort to allow people to find others fighting for the same faction in game. The more organized all the factions are, the better the battles will be.

To get a Caldari one, I literally had to create one myself and advertise it like crazy, obviously look for something established, but if there isn't something readily overt, or if the old channels are dead and lifeless, then you might need to create one, because no one wants to join a channel if a new guy popping in gets ignored.

I keep the name neutral as to not rep any specific corp, and then it was a process of bumping the thread with updates and joining random fw squads and bringing them over.
From what I have seen, a is thread a good starter but word of mouth goes a long way.

if you dig thru the last 20-30 or so pages, ive seen quite a few post abount FW channels. try to match up the threads to the time when last month FW event was going on. alot of people were posting about FW related stuff |

PIE Ground Deployment is closed. The reason being is because it was created by a Dust player (myself) meaning we had no way to moderate it, like ban specific corporations or kick intruders. To compensate, we had one of our EVE players create a new channel that we have transferred to.

Yup, same reason we are trying to move people over to 'Chosen Matari' from 'Tribal Voices'. So yeah, 'Chosen Matari' is the new home for Minmatar mercs.

Titus, thank you for responding to my post in the other thread by starting this informative thread.
Is the new Gallente Black Eagles channel one of these EVE side created ones? I know our corps "comms.TNZ" has desired to boot some people from time to time.
Sorry, dumb newbie questions ... Does you're corp currently declare allegiance to a single race? How do you deal with individual members that may have a desire to support a different race. Of course the upcoming LP changes could aggravate some corp level issues, were individuals will want to join up in these mixed corp, common race channels and have a dividing effect on the corp.
Do you guys have plans on how to move here, have existing alliances you district holders have established already dealt with these issues? The Mercenaries code (off to the highest bidder) is in conflict with this loyalty concept.
Me personally, I'd like to get more involved in the lore and loyalty, half tempted to fire up an eve account and check out that side of the fence. |
