Arc strolls right in wearing his casual clothes, with his galentean facial tattoo's redefined with a new layer.
Arc looks, and walks almost like he was a civilian, he even strolled right past the guards that had two ammarians pinned to the wall.
*Arc sits down at a table and picks up a menu, takes a quick glance, then looks up for a waiter/waitress
*Since he doesn't see anyone he gets on his neocom and starts whistling while he browses the marketplace.
