I personally kicked 91st clan out of the alliance because they were run by a child with no sense of corporate security (robbed twice by the same person) and they did not meet our requirements after I made the mistake of quickly letting them in without getting full alliance approval. Do not blame my corp for my mistake of letting them in in the first place. As far as the rest of my guys go, they are solid and they are loyal. Don't blame them for my mistakes.
If it also means anything, we do not allow corps to join without a full alliance meeting now so that problem will never happen again.

Dust 514 wont be on the ps4 for a while. I put money on that. The way the run DUST updates and take are "feedback" it wont happen.
Heavy asks CCP "can you do something about my HMG. With the new updates to AR and MED suits my eHP isnt enough"

Heavy " Noooo it wont matter how much eHP I have. The HMG crap now. Do to accuracy"

That bonus is actually a step in the right direction for heavies, I wouldn't belittle the bonus.

total eHP wont help. thats an extra 6 bullets or 3 head shots. time from point A to point B x Distance x AR damage= total damage done to you.
If the damage goes past shields then into armor your total eHP is lowered once you get into the fit and then you have to wait for the shields to kick back on. |

watched ccp talk about dust at the eve vegas conference, first of all if they're still holding conferences talking about the future of the game, I think that's a pretty good indicator, secondly when folks asked about the game being ported on to PC or PS4 ccp gave basically no comment, not even a "we're thinking about it" they're simply putting 100% focused on making the game work for ps3 and not for any other system right now. Because of this and the constant work they're putting in I don't think the game is going anywhere.
EVE players and cynical dust bunnies can go ahead and talk **** about the game but the simple fact is as long as there's an audience in eve there will be people willing to play dust. Those idiots just want the game dead because they don't want anything interfering with their game that they can't control, which is interesting because I'm sure they've gone through some of the same rough patches, changes, rebalances, and other inconveniences that we have; you would think they would be used to it by now. |

DUST does not cause lag on Tranquility. The matches are played on "battle servers" which interface with Tranquility through the CREST API. Basically, your DUST match is a giant EVE client only when it loads a battle and unloads a battle from the battle server to TQ and TQ supports multiple tens of thousands of connections simultaneously 23.75/7.
