According to CCP LogicLoop, Uprising 1.7 is getting content locked tomorrow. So, who wants to make some bets? I'm going to play the role of the optimist here.
Amarr and Caldari light dropsuits included: 5,000,000 ISK
Caldari, Gallente, and Minmatar heavy dropsuits included: 2,000,000 ISK
Deployable shield included: 1,000,000 ISK
Infantry cloak included: 1,000,000 ISK

Content lock means it's too late to add any more content. Whatever they have planned for Uprising 1.7, that's all we will potentially get. Content locked does not however guarantee that what they have planned won't get cut and delayed.

Will do. Do note I made a quick edit because I don't want to take the bottom two bets as they exceed my original bet value. So all we're betting on are the light frames for 5 mil ISK.

I can guarantee that 1.7 will fall much shorter than everyone's expectations (unless you expect only a bit more in 1.7 than 1.6)
Well, Uprising 1.7 has already been confirmed to have a new socket set (Caldari Production Facility), new vehicle skill tree, new weapons (Combat Rifle and Rail Rifle), new equipment (leaked in 1.6 dev blog, but no confirmation on what it is), and at EVE Vegas they said they may get dropsuits in as well. And maybe since we're getting a new socket we can expect new maps, like last time? And maybe some of the FW changes?
I wouldn't exactly say people have their hopes too high if they're hoping for a lot of stuff in 1.7.
