It's simple because if they didn't do it like this they would have to issue refunds every single time they changed something. Which is insane. People would demand refunds if they altered the skin on a rifle. There's no way to quantify whether it is a major or minor change and people would argue until the end of time. The only possible solution is to offer no refunds unless an item is removed from the game.

You missed my point, im saying they can change the values of even these items after you buy them with no refund or recourse.

Ok so heres the deal, several months ago I purchased 3000 fused locus grenades from ccp, at the time you could carry 2 of them at a time, they had MUCH less fitting requirements and a greater blast radius, these grenades were nerfed due to the terrible influence of the council of planetary managment and complaints from bad players on these forums.

After this ridiculous rebalancing, as they called it which led to more CORES, lmao, being thrown I was still ok with it I simply put in a HELP TICKET asking that all that aurum be refunded. Mind you at the time this aurum came from a $100.00 elite pack that gave me 200,000 aurum

Now you would think that since I had spent this money and since the product that I had purchased fromm ccp had been changed from what I had agreed to purchase they would simply refund my aur? Big fat NO, from ccp on two diffrent help tickets. So remember buy NO AURUM WEAPONS OR MODULES until they agree to stop this criminal behavior.
