Well i just finished a philosophy paper and now i'm questioning reality.

I got philosophy next semester and I'm set, I bought one of those massive books on philosophy, tore through it in a day and I haven't been the same person since.....though I can say everything is different after I finished the book....
For example, how do I know that you are not all figments of my imagination and Im actually just a brain sitting in a jar full of nutrients on a shelf in a lab on Neptune?
