In PC and Tourneys, pretty much everyone uses them.
The real question is: Why do people use Enforcers in pubs? I have been in 2 pub matches where someone lost an Enforcer as quickly as some noob (or me XD) would lose a Soma or Sica.....

Once someone from my Alliance tried to stomp a squad of my corp using a Balac's.
I got the most kills, but we still lost :/

It's funny. I was using Proto that entire match, and we lost.
But we get into a FW match against Subdreddit, I use Advanced and Standard like I always do, and we end up winning (in MCC ticks anyway. It's one of the closest matches I've ever had :D). And plus I ended up getting payed 500k ISK :D
