The Phoenix federation is looking for new recruits of all skill levels and play time. We r a far corp with a low tax of 2.5%. Wether u like to just log in to do some pud matches or to train or pcs this is a good corp to be in. We have a stong eve backing and we r open to what everyone has to offer. We have active players on all times of the day.

As a founding member of The Phoenix Federation, I can tell you that it certainly is not rising. The directors all left with most of the veteran players, united under a new CEO, in a new corp that is vouch invites only. |

I infiltrated it with an alt character, hardly anyone is active, and the corp mails are full of CEO drama or "I'm leaving" from other members. Just last week it had 530 members, now it's at 515, in it's glory days it had roughly 700. Members are dropping corp left and right.
You all voted for a bad CEO, he's one of the reasons most of the people left, the only reason he didn't tag along is because, I hear he even used a lot of alts to vote himself in.
1. He couldn't get into our corp because no one liked him
2. He wanted "power", now he's ceo of a crumbling corp. |

I have received extensive invites to ur corp from nearly all of your directors and CEO, there has never been a point in time when I could not join necromongers, most of the corp is quite friendly and squads up regularly. a small handfull of your corp members do not like me because i caught your CEO and friend red handed in a lie about how and why he broke off into a new corp.
2. We left the new roles up to democratic election. I suggested a limited vote of players who had been in the corp for a long time, against my advice they left it up to the entire corp. Nearly every person who did vote for me has a mic and speaks in the corp frequently when on as well as the fact that I was online and squading up with people nearly the entire time this was taking place. On the other hand it is certainly true that you had members in necro (including yourself and pudstriker) using alts in the corp trying to cheat the vote.
3. When redwall took over as a temporary CEO he had to kick out a large number of inactive players in order to continue accepting applications due to low SP in to corp command, in reality approximately 30-40 members went with your corp to necromongers.
4. The top tier command in your own corporation is trying to work hand in hand with this corp, the fact that you take the time to write hatemail in alts and try to cheat a vote in a corp that is not even your own, get on the forums and continue the same on here, all of which is disobedient to your own leadership does nothing but show the type of player you are.
5. I stated openly to the corp that I would not even be keeping the CEO roll until I've had a chance to discuss with the other candidate, Vice Galloza, what will be best for the future of the corp.
6. The few odd players left over in necromongers who holds a grudge to the point that they go through the effort of trying to get a few alts into the corp with the soul purpose of writing hate mails to the corp are really only a small nuisance, but none the less I would still prefer you gave it up already, go have fun playing pub matches and making money |

I know why my CEO left the corp, it's the same reason I did, I was tired of being treated like crap, tired of a corp with no direction, a corp CEO that didn't trust it's veteran players, and I know this because I am good friends with Sparhock and he personally told me he hates the idea of directors, all the major corporate backstabbings come from directors. When the roles came out, he took them away from people.
2. Incorrect we confirmed you used alts to vote for yourself. You also took out all the corp money and were planning on leaving if you were not given CEO. You whined and complained when Redwall was gonna make VICE CEO.

That's a lie, Phoenix has 515 members and about 10-12 active players! If you weren't a horrible person, and people liked you, why would they be going out of their way to be talking so ill of you? Call them haters, but it seems to me your well deserving of hate.
Point the finger all you want, but it's over. Time to face the facts your the CEO of a dying corp where all the good players left, and now you play alone. |

Just for the record, it's hard to take this seriously due to how terribly this is presented.
I know this is a forum, but if you want to attract good players, have a decent recruitment presentation.

This is rediculous to be arguing over a forum so I wont continue after this one, but -
1. Xdrake vice and pud all asked me to come over many times, I am still being asked to come over.
2. I'm amused that you would even say you've confirmed I used alts, please tell me how you could possibly confirm this or what alts were used, I am certain you'll be proven wrong. Like I said before it wasn't my idea to let all the new members vote on an issue they don't have the information to make an educated vote on, but since that's the way it was presented and I'm the one out there recruiting these people every day of course they voted for me. But everyone who voted is still playing games, most with mics and active in the corp. I was planning on leaving along with mostly every other player there if Redwall went back on his word to allow a vote for CEO, which at the time is exactly what was happening, not if I didn't get CEO Anyone but you can attest to it.
3. Certainly not 515 active players no one said that, I said people havn't left the corp in hordes, about 30-40 players left with pud. Another large portion of inactive players had to be removed, however 10-12 active players is a joke so be serious, we have more people on at one time every day than that, let alone the players that are active through different times of the day.
4. There is literally one single message saying anything about me in the corp and it is from you, on your alt which you were just bragging about ''infiltrating'' with. Anyone in the corp can tell you i offered to give vice CEO flat out. He said he just doesn't have the time between his girlfriend and job, and that even if the corp had voted for him he was going to pass it down anyways. I took out money with the general approval of the other directors, as well as offered to have either vice or healin hold it instead of me multiple times. It was not even close to being used as a bargaining chip against them, as I said I offered to let them keep it safe instead of me just as long as we kept it out of the corp wallet because our temporary CEO was refusing to give up the power seat once he got it.
5. Like I just said, I offered vice CEO before and after we voted as long as he thought he would be able to be active for the corp. I literally spoke to him again today after receiving CEO to offer it to him again, even if only once he has finished moving and able to be on, he continues to refuse it. Cut the crap already, Vice is active on the forums, if you're confident in your statements I'm sure he will be happy to come in and say ''yes levi is telling the truth'' for u, otherwise I don't have the free time to keep up with you buzzing all over the forums and I'm not going to try. You've already wasted 20 minutes of my day on your silly little rumors, I'm not going to play forum wars with you here, go be active and recruit for your corp, go play the game, stop spending your time on the forums posting nonsense with nothing and no one to back it up. The only people who might possibly agree with you here is your own little gossip girl group of friends who aren't even a part of the corp.
You've gone to multiple forum posts, created you're own forum posts, used alts in the corp to attempt to sway a vote with the help of other members of necro, Vice has personally attested to it saying even though you guys aren't in the corp you deserve a vote for any work you might have done when you were here. Its unbelievable to me that you can be so passionate about the meta game just throwing every little thing you can at the wall hoping anything will stick. |

There's no guarantee that you would keep that promise, that's why he really turned it down, because he'd rather be in Necro, playing with his friends, than stay in Phoenix with you as CEO.

You're still going? I told him he could take over as CEO once he has enough SP for me to be able to turn it over, and added that I would also wait until after his move should he prefer that. Pud frequently lies to your entire corp and has admitted it many times bragging about the fact the he tells you what ever you want to hear. Pud has a different story for every person he tells it to.
I said only one player in my corp took the time out of their day to write stupid mails to the corp and it was you on an alt, not that I am the infallible Poncho who gets along with every single person, simply that you take the words of your very small hand full of people who happen to not like me for no real reason they can point to other than the fact that I like to be cocky in games when im getting 40+ kills nearly every game. Thats all you do is hear things, to think that having one alt in the corp that occasionally got in the corp chat and was never present for one single meeting about the future of phx is some great source of information is incredibly foolish. all the things you're talking about now were discussed behind closed doors without you. You're corp is full of deceitful players who trust nobody and lie through their teeth, half your corp is always talking **** about the other half of your corp and squading up elsewhere. I cannot contemplate why you are even wasting you're time here, you did everything you could outside of spamming a bunch of different alts to vote against my being promoted to CEO, but since nearly every single person who voted voted for me and it was nearly a unanimous vote, youve now spilled this rage over from corp mails to forums?
Curious how evidence is not necessary in you're eyes, likely the reason you find yourself chasing rumors across the forums like a lost puppy in the first place. |

PS, idk how you could try to paint me as the power hungry person here, I never left the corp and never tried for the spot until the CEO up and left without warning, on the other hand Vice only lost the vote because no one wanted to elect a person who left the corp and was only willing to come back if he could take CEO for himself, and you left the corp that you were a ''founding member of'' because one person got caught in a lie within the leadership and lost his role because of it.
I'm not even trying to argue, just leave it your spending your day chasing after the words of a friend of a friend, I'm not even sure what you're trying to accomplish here. |

You know back in the closed beta I was good friends with Ducky and Vice, still get on well with Vice. After Ducky left that was when the Pheonix started to Decline. Vice and his guys grew Pheonix from the 100 some odd members from beta into the over 500 that dominated in PC. I will back Vice every day of the week. |

I left the corp a long time ago, a really long time ago, because Sparhock, Johnathon Doe, and I were in a huge disagreement, this is all before Sparhock's computer died and he became more active on DUST instead of EVE. I left because they didn't care about DUST, they didn't care about Molden Heath and establishing a presence, they didn't care about establishing an alliance or joining one early in the game despite the billion isk I gave the corp to start one. Vice, and Sparhock, will vouch for me, to give a real estimate of how much I gave the corp:
$80 for the website
$500 worth of PLEX to buy the corp amazing assets, most of which are currently missing when the EVE players left the corp.
$300 worth of PLEX to give members game time on EVE during financial struggles.
$100 dollars to fix Sparhocks computer when it died and we needed a CEO
$100 dollars in aurum so all my isk in dust went straight to the corp wallet.
All of this before you were even a blip on Phoenix's radar. So there's no question of my loyalty, or me being the most contributing member, who helped create the corp, which you can read clearly in Vice's message to the corp.
So yeah I've given a lot and I planned to give a lot more to the corp, to watch it rise after Sparhock left, but instead they gave the corp to redwall, who refused to give it to me or vice and for some stupid reason gave it to, because the noobs you recruited voted for you. If voting wasn't important you, and you knew Vice should have been CEO, you should have just given the corp to Vice, no ifs buts or bullshit about it.
Ducky was a great guy, but a poor leader, he was given the corp in the same manner Poncho was, it was handed to him via poor decision. It was Myself, Vice, D-rock, and XDrake that started the corp in all actuality, all of which are now in Necrom0ngers, later on Pud, Sparhock, Sayno, and the rest came along and helped it grow even more. The only problems the corp ever really had was Quicksaint(who took the money and later gave it back), Espeon(who just caused drama), and now you (the guy from no where).
Keep trying to sew descent, like I said I love the metagame, but it's pretty apparent your trying to break the trust me and the leadership of Necro have, especially because you don't know the reasons I left Phoenix or the reason I joined Necro. |

Well most of that is fine and good and good on you I suppose but your still chasing an emtpy goal here. The new recruits all voted for me of course, but so did virtually every person in the corp who voted, including players who were there before I was. We tried to give Vice CEO, he is unable to hold it. I told him he can have it when he has the SP. I told him he can have it after he moves. He had every opportunity possible to take over CEO, he turned it down just the same as he turned down CEO of necro. I got voted in because Im a solid player, im on for the corp every day for at least 5 hours, i have the SP to hold more than enough ppl, and im contantly out talking and being friendly with all the corp members making sure everyones out squading up together, making sure noone is stuck playing solo or cant get into a squad, I was the only person left in the corp who was even a full director, and there are very few active players in the corp that have been here longer than I have. Pud and all them joined pheonix like 7 months ago, ive been here almost 6 and a half. How am i possibly trying to break the trust of you're corp please do explain as you are the one spewing all over the forums, I simply replied to one small section of one thread.
I think its very apparent why you're upset here. You put a lot of work into the corp, then bs caused u to leave. I asked for a vote at the directors table but everyone else thot it would be a better idea to get the whole Corps opinion. Upon hearing about this you had a glimmer of hope that you could either take back the corp for yourself or Vice (virtually an extension of yourself). I get it. I dont get your personal problems with me, Ive always only been in one corp for almost 7 months now n done everything one person could do to grow the corp, minus maybe spending a handfull of real life money such as yourself. As well, you've pretty well never talked to me even when in the same corp. The only thing you could dispise me for is being a position you felt was more fair for you. You just see me as the guy between you and the reward for your previous work. But you left the corp, when necro broke off you were all doing anything you could to do any type of damage to the corp and convince ppl who didnt want to leave that they should go with u. You came back strictly for the chance to assume control of a corporation (mainly full of players that you dont even know) and got upset when it wasnt handed to you? Im still trying to figure out why youre so incredibly upset, Vice had a million and one opportunities to take CEO he didnt want it., I was next in line.

I apologize for my assumptions, but as a general rule I trust the people who I've played with the longest and supported me. The corp is still dead. Although hypothetically it's alive in Necro. You know the whole, would a rose smell as sweet if called by another name. Would the members of Phoenix who stuck together not be The Phoenix Federation just because they changed the name :/

I apologize for my assumptions, but as a general rule I trust the people who I've played with the longest and supported me. The corp is still dead. Although hypothetically it's alive in Necro. Most of your friends went with you and pud to necro, like I said before some of them didn't like me but most are still friendly with us and I hope they do thrive in necro, I guess my only concern here is why your trying to paint phoenix as a dead corp. Were far more in numbers than you keep saying and only getting bigger every day, the majority of the people who actually cared about any of the in corp drama were gone a long time ago. The majority of people in necro did a lot of work for the phoenix and still hope to see it thrive and prosper, and the same goes for us about necro, so Id prefer not to have any petty issues like this between our corps. I've never done anything against you and aside from a few petty rumors you have done anything against me either. I can only hope you mean ''I'm over it. do what you can to salvage the corp. All corporations have petty drama at some point, and everyone who gets involved in it usually like to spread that drama around, so I say only that you should wait for some first hand experience before believing random stuff you hear around the game, I think its fairly obvious why Pud would have wanted to make me look like a really bad guy after I put him on blast for admitting a handful of lies.
If that's not a sarcastic apology I certainly appreciate it and I hope we can work together for the better of both our corps. |

u 2 need to calm down and stop especially u levi cuz ik pud is pissed but he was friends with poncho before. so i am sure he wouldn't mind poncho coming into necro especially cuz poncho is an amazing leader. also considering what got thrown at him, and what he has done with it he is better than I thought. also a lot of us left not because poncho got put in but because we had a good time with pud and wanted to stay with him. along with that phx is doing fine. poncho is doing a great job and should be commemorated for it. I was gone for all of this ceo freak out shenanigans I came in and left phx just so I could keep playing with pud. . . guys I hope u still realize this is a game and there is no reason to try to make a person hated over a stupid game even if they don't like you or they seized power of the corp...and to be completely honest if he did idk if he did but if he did then good on poncho for taking the money out whoever could would steal it and if he didn't put it back well I would figure everyone would start over and make the corp newer and better before. and . and the other "facts" you guys r throwing around either are inconsequential and don't matter or can't be proven sooooo ya there you go. this argument is over because it needs to and neither side is going to win so just stop...ok? im done with this and its over now so just stop.
P.S.
this game is about power and strife and guess what in the real world all the "ceos"/political leaders would probably back him up in it if he was just forcing his way to power or force him to sit down and stop. that's where friends and alliances come into play. this is dust at its finest political power and economy. this game is made to have realistic politics and economy and look at this it is doing exactly that it is beautiful. but when it gets to the point when people get hated to the point where poepl actually want to go find them and kill them its over and I have heard people say that they want to kill poncho lucky him no one really knows where he lives. and if they are just saying that and don't mean it then yay im happy but it needs to stop. |
