It's kind of a waste of SP right now. I put 37k for level one and nothing.
On another weapon I put 100k into level 2...again...nothing. |

They need a good hard look at there skill tree and refine it, especially for gun specific skills like these, make them a whole number not a percentage Yup, a Proto SMG uses 11 PG. Take off 25 percent and you might have a 8 or more likely 9 PG useage on a SMG...not bad except we have to get to prof level 4 and the crazy cost for the skills.
