I'm not entirely sure if the decision of whether to implement it or not has been made as of yet, but a while back I saw a whole lot of opinions on the forums both for and against this system. However, I propose a tentative approach when putting in place something entirely new. Perhaps a rollover SP cap. Start it at up to 50,000 per week or so (I am pulling this number out of my rear end, just an example) and watch the forums. Then, adjust as necessary.
Anyone else feel like weighing in?
Is this even a good idea?
Bigger cap?
Smaller cap?

1.7 isnt an expansion, it's 1.7, an update.
Uprising was an expansion, the next, in theory, should be sometime in winter.

Expansions will probably follow a similar deployment pattern as eve with a major winter expansion and a smaller easter one which kinda adds to the winter expansion |

I guess, basically, I'm trying to get opinions on whether or not a Rollover SP cap would be a good idea and if we should try to get CCP to implement one when (or before) the rollover system becomes available. As well, where this cap should be set.
