Taken from the info I posted on my blog. (Parenthesis are how much of a change there was from pre-1.7 changes)
Small Missile Turret
XT-1 Missile Launcher Damage: 520 (+65) Splash Damage: 357.5 (+80) Blast Radius: 2.5 (+0.5) RoF: 50 (+12.5) Optimal Range: 200 Maximum Range: 250 (+50) PG: 212 (+127) CPU: 139 (+116)
Large Missile Turret
XT-201 Missile Launcher Damage: 539.5 (+32) Splash Damage: 162.5 (+58.5) Blast Radius: 1.5 (-1.5) RoF: 400 (+376) Optimal Range: 250 Maximum Range: 250 PG: 985 (+17) CPU: 231 (+137)
So, they have about the same direct damage with the small missile turret having much higher splash and much higher blast radius. I'm not sure why they decided to nerf the Large Missile Turret's blast radius (it was already struggling to kill infantry, save a direct hit) but the rate of fire increase and 'full-auto' tag in the spreadsheet suggests that we're moving away from the burst fire mode.
I suppose my questions are mostly:
1.) Why nerf the blast radius on the large missile turrets? 2.) Is it still going to be burst fire with less delay between shots or is it going to be all-out full-auto as the tag suggests? 3.) Why retain the same range between the two?

4.) Can I fit a Small Turret in place of the Large Turret?

Also, I don't think Direct Damage + Splash Damage is a thing... That was a misconception that spawned from the Month of the Flaylock which CCP stated doesn't happen.

Do note that there's a skill to reduce reload time, which will affect the large turret more since the base reload time is higher.
Max ammo is 40 on the small turret and 140 on the large turret, so the large turret will have much more ammo. Also note here that there's an ammo skill/modules to increase max ammo, which once again will have a larger impact on the large turret since it has a higher base amount of max ammo.
Taking all of this into account, then the small turret might be good against infantry as well as support for taking down another HAV, but if you are to take down a HAV with only one of these turrets, the large is so much better, and you can probably forget all about killing the other HAV with just a small turret.
This is under the assumption that it is fully automatic though, not retaining it's burst qualities.
Also that it's not going to have the disco tank recoil from before.
Edit: I didn't list the ammo because it's an obvious change, the rest are stat changes of before and after. There was no reason to list the ammo at the time.
