That isn't accounted for in the graphs. The scrambler rifle has overheat. That isn't accounted for in the graphs. The overheat in particular is an incredibly draconian mechanic that basically means you're completely screwed if you do it in combat. Level 4 Forum Warrior Lenin of the glorious armoured revolution

CCP should round its ROF down to 450 so as keep the PR the beast of CQC. Even if it has the short spool-up time, that DPS would make the other guns obsolete in their range niche. My thoughts.
