The Gallente also have Roden Arms, the largest weapon maker in the Federation
Of the Caldari Megacorps, Lai Dai also makes weaponry
The actual names of the Minmatar corporations are Boundless Creations, Core Complexions, Freedom Extension (is actually a shipping and storage corporation, so this name doesn't make sense for weapons), Six Kin Development (A construction company...also makes no sense). The Thukkers are also one of the Minmatar tribes, but manufacture goods under their own name. Republic Security Services also makes weaponry.
For the Amarr, the full names are Imperial Armaments, Carthum Conglomerate, and we also have Khanid Works (Viziam is just Viziam).

There is something you have to remember about weaponry in the EVE universe, and that is that no one race restricts themselves to just ONE TYPE of weapon system. Here is a post I made a while back on another thread:
#8 Posted: 2013.10.21 06:37 | Report This weapon is likely one of hundreds, if not thousands of small arms that likely exist in the eve universe.
We literally have dozens of companies, both major and minor, who deal in the arms industry in New Eden, and many of them likely make many different KINDS of weapons, from plasma-based to bullet shooters.
Did you know that, as much as lasers are symbolic of the Amarr, plasma weapons are very much prolific in the empire, as well as your average bullet-firing ones (though less common now than they once were)?
The Gallente use railgun technology as well, nearly as much as the Caldari do, and their armed forces have rail-based weapons both small and large at their disposal. Missiles are also not uncommon.
The Caldari, likewise, use plasma weaponry where situations call for it. It likely wouldn't be hard to find Caldari-made slug-throwers either.
The Minmatar love bullets and explosions, especially explosions that come from large bullets. They do, however, utilize Gallente weapons as well, and have even used Gallente technology in some of their own weapon designs. (Mass Driver = magnetically launched 'grenades'. Its basically a low powered railgun. With no need for chemical propellant, the grenades can be much larger. Gallente tech = more boom per shot)
It is safe to say that in New Eden, you could find a Gallente-made railgun, a Caldari-made plasma rifle, a Minmitar-made rocket launcher, or an Amarrian bullet-shooter.
Maybe one day, we won't be stuck with one model for every variant of a weapon (the G75-VBL is the gallente plasma rifle model we use now, regardless whether its a 'GEK-38' or a 'GLU-5) and the models of different 'versions' of weapons will reflect this (Maybe Roden Arms manufactures plasma rifles with slightly shorter range and fire rate, but higher damage, and instead of just calling it a 'breach' plasma rifle, it could be a RA-11 plasma rifle, with a totally different weapon model, but similar feel)
