Minmatar scout was already useless with it's bonus with nova knives (takes years to master it, seen some legit pros)
Galante is useless for it's passive range since the active scanners are more... well... "active"
Whats with the heavies getting more slots than scouts!? if i'm correct amarr loses one slot of their dropsuits so galante, minmatar and caldari heavy proto has more slots than proto scouts? |

I have to wonder why any frames need to have significantly lower or higher slot counts than others. Different layouts, sure, but not slot count. If the concern is super scouts fitting a ton of tank due to the scaling of HP modules, then simply tie HP modules more to PG and utility modules like kincats more to CPU and give scouts high CPU and low PG.
... Or something. Well, that's how I'd fix scouts. Give them as many slots as a medium frame and tweak fitting requirements. |

... Or something. Well, that's how I'd fix scouts. Give them as many slots as a medium frame and tweak fitting requirements. Problem is that there is no difference to a scout than a medium frame, you can tank speed mods on a medium frame just the same as a scout, you can tank range amplification on your medium frame and you'll be just the same as a scout, but there is no difference to a scout than a medium frame lets compare with the heavies cos they are able to use heavy weapons but scouts are just the same but weaker than medium frames. |

As a once proto minja scout proto knvies prof 5, and since have respected to proto Gal scout I can say they are not useless, but they need tweaked for sure. If you go Gal scout max your range amplification so you get a 100% total bonus to passive range scan. The dampening bonus makes you invisible to nearly everyone, and passively beats adv scanners. Scouts recharge shields extremely fast, so you gotta hit and run, and use your passive scans to know where the enemy is around you at all times, with enough speed to escape if it gets hairy. Some scouts like scanners in their equipment slots, some like uplinks, but I for one use remotes to hold down objectives, and to keep enemies from either.... A.)following after me by leaving remotes in my path, or.... B.) Leave the remotes to blow up the pursuer. You'd be surprised how easy it is to kill someoene with a shotgun when you can pretty much see through walls and see an unsuspecting enemy about to round a corner that you are just waiting at. |

I agree, the cloak should be an active mod IMO, maybe it's in a equipment slot (not in dropsuit customization menu) it wouldn't take up an equipment slot, but like I said, it would be an active mod.

Stupid, it should be allowed to sprint charge i think it's cos it works the same system as the forge gun and you could sprint with it. |

In all honesty CCP's logic on suits and roles is as such. want to run scout, run a minmatar logi want to run assault, run logistics want to run a HP tank, run logistics want to be a ds pilot, don't, run a logi want to drive tanks, don't, run a logi want to drive LAV's, drive a logi
Once you have your logi, equip it with the modules required for your role, don't forget your AR, core locus nades, active scanner and triage hives. |

Heavies are getting more slots? Where's this coming from? Amarr heavy loses one slot apart from other races if you recall (check medium frames and all amarr dropsuits) so all the other heavies would get one more slot so proto amarr heavy got 5 total slots so all other heavies would +1 and recieve 6 total slot. |

My heavy suits that I have been waiting for Oh they aren't here but i guess when they come out they would get 6 slots for pro because amarr has got 5 slot on pro and amarr loses 1 slot. |
